Our Story
Founded in 2012 as a retirement hobby on beautiful Kangaroo Island, Heritage Hill Game Birds has grown into a thriving full-time enterprise driven by a passion for game birds. We specialise in breeding premium Partridge and Pheasant, supplying the acclaimed Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island, as well as select restaurants and the Adelaide Central Market. More recently, we’ve expanded our reach to discerning chefs in Sydney and Brisbane.

Pheasant: $50 each (average 1kg, packed singularly)
